What to Expect On Your Service Day
Arrival Notification – Super Scoop will send you a 60-minute “on the way” text before your service begins. Customers are not required to be home at time of service, but ask that you make sure we have easy access to cleaning areas and that no aggressive dogs be left out in the yard.
Cleaning Your Yard – We arrive to clean your yard! We walk in a special route to minimize the chance of missing any dog waste.
Safety Procedures – After a thorough walkthrough of your poop free yard, we will upload a photo of your closed gate to ensure your pups are safe to play outside. After each home, we spray down all of our scooping equipment with organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs and illness to other dogs.
Dog Waste Disposal – The waste will simply be double-bagged and placed in your trashcan or neatly on the side of your home. This ensures proper disposal and compliance with local guidelines.
