Super Scoop
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost to hire a professional pooper scooper?
Super Scoop has pooper scooper services starting at $60 a month. Pricing varies depending on frequency, number of dogs, and size of yard. Initial cleanings are $24.
How does billing work for reoccurring services?
We charge your card on file after completion of each months service. This ensures you only pay for completed services. If a service is skipped for any reason, you won’t be charged.
What areas do you serve for pet waste removal?
We proudly serve Crook County, specifically Prineville, OR.
Can I request a specific service day?
Although we try our hardest to accommodate your schedule, we cannot promise a certain day because our routes are optimized for drive time to help keep costs low. We operate on a Monday-Thursday schedule with Friday being an overflow day.
How do you ensure the safety of my dog?
We clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a eco-friendly kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also send you a closed gate picture when we are done poop scooping so you know your pups are safe to play in their clean yard again. Happy pups and happy clients are important to us!
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured. While we pride ourselves in taking great care on your property and around your pups, you won’t be responsible for any unexpected costs.
How do you dispose of pet waste after each cleanup?
We will double bag the waste and place it in each customer’s trash can or neatly on the side of their house.
Can you clean with my dog in the yard?
Yes, we absolutely love cleaning with dogs! If your dog has shown signs of aggression or skittish behavior, we ask that you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority.
Do I have to sign a contract to use Super Scoop?
Nope! You have full control over starting, stopping, or pausing your subscription at any time in your customer portal.
How do you handle bad weather?
The safety of you, your pet, and our teams safety is top priority. If weather conditions (such as heavy rain or lightning) make it unsafe for our team to work, we’ll postpone your service to the next day. For a heavy wintertime snow that covers your yard, we’ll wait for it to melt or reschedule your service for the following week.
How will I know it’s you when you arrive?
Our scoopers always wear uniforms with our logo so you can clearly identify us.
What happens if I need to skip a service day?
We understand things come up! Just give us a call/text or send us an email at [email protected]
